Fountain Valley HOA Info

WATER RESTRICTIONS - June 30, 2022


Due to local water restrictions the following will be action taken by FVHOA. Failure to comply are subject to fines and penalties. Planter beds watering will be watered 3 times a week. Turf areas with trees will be watered 1 time a week. Turf areas with no trees (nonfunctional) will not be watered.

Balcony Homeowners


FVHOA (Tiburon) rules require any plants on balconies have a saucer underneath to ensure water collection and damage is not done to the wood. A violation will sent if not in compliance. Thank you for protecting a major asset of your home!

Alleyway Planters


Our vendor has guaranteed the plants as long as NO others plants are added to the planters and NO additional watering is done. Please comply so the warranty is not voided and a violation letter is not sent.

Pool Reminders


Hours: 9am- 10pm
Gates to remain locked at ALL times
No Pets allowed
Obtain a new pool fob from Property Manager when on-site. Monday 9am-5pm, Thursday 1pm-5pm. Fob replacement cost is $50.
Pools closed Oct 17, 2022
As of 10/23/22 the Kings Canyon pool will open for residents use until further notice. The Shenandoah pool heat will be closed.

No plant material can be adhered to the garage or residence walls.
All trees must be trimmed away from the garage and residence.
